  • Dobré jídlo, příjemná obsluha, klid

  • Ihned po vstupu do chaty byl cítit zápach kanalizace. Naprosto nepřijatelně páchnoucí pisoár v 1. patře. V pokoji číslo 1, kde jsme byli ubytovaní se v noci pohybovala myš !!!

Omlouváme se za nepříjemnou zkušenost s obsluhou v restauraci, situace jsme napravili a pán u nás již nepracuje.

Přesto jsme rádi, že jste si oproti jinému roku všiml zlepšení v poskytovaných službách a rádi Vás opět v Karlově pod Pradědem uvítáme.

  • Byli jsme na 1 noc a tak retro skromné ubytování stačilo, zavzpomínali jsme na dětské časy, moc se tam asi nezměnilo, asi by to každý nechtěl, ale bylo čisto a místo je perfektní, personál moc milý

  • Ochotný personál, dobrá cena včetně snídaně, příjemné prostředí restaurace, na lyžování dobrá poloha v blízkosti hodně sjezdovek.
